REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available for video online course purchases within 14 days of purchase. This only applies to purchases over £50 including VAT. For orders under £50 including VAT, no refunds are due without authorisation of Dementia Interpreters Limited. No refunds are available for classroom courses unless by agreement with Dementia Interpreters Limited.

It is the responsibility of yourself to ensure you purchase the correct training that is required by your industry or company. We recommend you check with the body that governs your specific industry before paying for your course as no refund will be given should you need additional training.


USER CONDUCT AND USE OF SITE

As a customer/user providing us information we may create an account which includes a unique username and password to access your account to which you may receive messages from us.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account. We are not responsible for any liability, losses, or damages from the unauthorized use of your username, password or your account.

We reserve the right to change any or all of these rules or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any of the site features at any time without notice to you, and you agree to be bound by any changes.
